Birchside Parenting is a public business name of NovaWise LLC. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms, the personal-use license, and the policies linked here. Purchases are for adults who can enter a binding agreement.

Birchside Parenting provides general parenting education. The Bedtime Reset is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, medical care, mental-health treatment, or an individualized treatment plan. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your family's circumstances.

Payhip hosts checkout and digital delivery, and Stripe processes card payments. The checkout page shows the product price and any applicable tax before you complete the purchase. You are responsible for providing a working email address so Payhip can send the receipt and protected download link.

Access is delivered through Payhip after confirmed payment. The standard download limit is five attempts per file. If a valid purchaser has an access problem, contact support with the purchase email address and order number so we can resend the receipt or reset download access when appropriate.

Our refund policy provides a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase without requiring an explanation, plus a 30-day exception for an access problem we cannot resolve.

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use and print the files for one household. It does not transfer ownership of the content or artwork. Sharing files, posting them publicly, reselling them, or using them with a school, clinic, group, or commercial service requires separate written permission.

Families and children differ, so we cannot promise a particular result. Use the toolkit with adult judgment, choose tasks that are safe for your child, and stop or seek appropriate professional help when a concern falls outside the toolkit's educational scope.

Payhip, Stripe, Vercel, and your financial institution operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an interruption or delay outside our reasonable control, but we will provide order help or an eligible refund under the published policy.

Questions can be sent to support@birchsideparenting.com. If these terms change materially, the updated effective date will appear on this page. A change does not reduce refund or access rights that already applied to a completed purchase.
