Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to explain why.

If you cannot open or download your purchase, contact us so we can help. If we cannot resolve the access problem, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Email support@birchsideparenting.com with only the purchase email address and order number. Do not include details about a child, family circumstances, health, diagnosis, sleep, school, or behavior.

We will initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within two business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. A full refund ends access to the Payhip download page immediately.

After 14 calendar days, a functioning delivered product is not refundable. The 30-day exception applies only when a delivery or access problem remains unresolved.
