We can find a Payhip order, correct a purchase-email error, resend a receipt or download link, reset download attempts when appropriate, answer a billing question, or process an eligible refund.

Include only the purchase email address and Payhip order number. Do not send information about your child, family circumstances, health, diagnosis, therapy, sleep, school, behavior, conflict, or safety concerns.
