Birchside Parenting is a public business name of NovaWise LLC. Questions about this policy or an order can be sent to support@birchsideparenting.com.

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process standard technical information, including IP address, device and request information, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or performance logs, to deliver and protect the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as page views, referral sources, general device or browser categories, and approximate country or region. We use these measurements to improve the website and do not use them to create child or family profiles.

Birchside Parenting does not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or customer accounts on this site. See Vercel's privacy notice. The free Quick Start is delivered through Payhip, which asks for a parent email for delivery. We will not use that email for marketing unless you separately consent.

Order and free-download emails are used for receipts, delivery, and customer service. Promotional email is separate and optional. We will send marketing email only when an adult has affirmatively subscribed, and every promotional message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Payhip provides our hosted checkout, receipts, order record, and protected file delivery. Stripe processes card payments. Depending on the transaction and legal requirements, these services may process your name, email address, IP address, billing location, order information, payment information, and fraud-prevention signals.

Birchside Parenting can view the order information Payhip and Stripe make available to a seller, such as your purchase email, order, amount, payment status, and refund status. We do not receive or store your full card number. Read Payhip's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy for their practices.

We use the minimum information needed to process payment, send receipts and download access, deliver the free Quick Start, prevent fraud, provide order support, issue refunds, keep required financial records, and comply with law. We do not sell customer information or use purchase information for behavioral advertising.

If you contact support, include only your purchase email address and order number. Our support mailbox is provided through Google. We use messages only for order, download, billing, and refund help.

Please do not send information about a child, family circumstances, health, diagnosis, therapy, sleep, school, behavior, conflict, or safety concerns. If sensitive information arrives unexpectedly, we will not copy it into a customer database or use it for marketing, analytics, or product personalization.

Payhip and Stripe keep transaction information under their own policies and legal obligations. Payhip states that it may keep digital-product transaction details for ten years for EU VAT purposes. Birchside Parenting uses the provider records as its system of record and does not create a separate customer database.

Routine support messages are generally deleted within 90 days after the issue is resolved, unless they are still needed for a refund, chargeback, accounting, security, or legal obligation.

You may ask us to correct or delete information under our control by emailing support. Some provider or transaction records may need to be retained for tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal reasons. You may also contact Payhip or Stripe about information they control.

Our products are purchased and used by adults. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information, create profiles, or contact support.
