We aim to provide a site with clear headings, keyboard access, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
The Bedtime Reset is supplied as a color PDF and a separate grayscale printer-friendly bonus. The files use readable labels, visible cut lines, written instructions in addition to color, and space for handwriting. They are designed for US Letter paper.
Purchases and downloads use Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe. Those services control the accessibility of their hosted checkout, receipt, and download pages.
If you cannot access the site or a purchased file, email support@birchsideparenting.com. Tell us the page or file and the access problem. You do not need to share any details about a child or family circumstances.
We will review reported barriers and make reasonable improvements when we can. This statement will be updated when the product format or customer flow changes.
